I can still only download one design even though I paid for the subscription, how do I fix it?

My account status is pending, how can I fix it?

This means that the payment is still pending from your side.

My plan has expired, how do I update my plan?

How can I increase the daily download limit?

You have to upgrade your plan first to increase your daily download limit.

To upgrade your plan, you must “cancel” the current plan and then upgrade to the plan you want.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes, although our subscriptions do automatically renew, you are free to cancel at any time. After that, your subscription will automatically stop and no further charges will occur.

How can I cancel my subscription?

To do this, you will need to do 4 steps.
1- Login to your account.
2- At the top right of the menu bar, click “Upgrade your plan”
3- On the Actions tab Click “Cancel”
4- Click the “Confirm” button.
