Due to the nature of our digital products, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Rest assured, all our designs are fully optimized and tested to be compatible with Cricut, Silhouette Cameo, Brother Scan N Cut, and other professional cutting machines.
Subscription Refund: If you have purchased a subscription plan and have not initiated any downloads, you are eligible to request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date.
