FAQ’s
Yes, once you sign up, you will have immediate access to download any design you want, based on the plan you have subscribed to.
If you’re limited to one download, it means your account is currently recognized under our Free Plan. This usually happens for one of the following reasons:
- Log-in Status: Please ensure you are signed into the correct account used for the purchase.
- Payment Pending: Your subscription might still be ‘Pending’ because the PayPal checkout wasn’t completed or failed. In these cases, no charges are made to your account.
- Verification: We recommend checking your PayPal account to confirm the transaction was successful.
Once your payment is confirmed, your status will change to ‘Active’, and your premium downloads will be unlocked immediately. If the issue persists, please contact sarah@freesvg.art with your transaction details for manual activation.
If you have already completed your account registration, but the subscription process is not finished yet and appears as pending, please ensure that you have followed the correct steps as shown in the video below.
- You can either try the payment again: By going to the top right of the page in the top bar, then clicking on “Upgrade your plan” followed by “Retry payment”.
- Or restart the subscription process: If you are unable to complete the payment, click the “Abandon Subscription” button to cancel the current attempt, then try subscribing again as shown in the video.

Yes, although our subscriptions do automatically renew, you are free to cancel at any time. After that, your subscription will automatically stop and no further charges will occur. ✅
To do this, you will need to do 4 steps:
- 1- Login to your account.
- 2- At the top right of the menu bar, click “Upgrade your plan”
- 3- On the Actions tab Click “Cancel”
- 4- Click the “Confirm” button.
Your account will automatically switch to the Free Plan. 🎁 You will still be able to enjoy downloading one “SVG” file per day for free.
